I am not sure where to start but had a sweet and sour kind of experience with the dealership. The sour part is that we bought a vehicle (Volvo XC90) for our business but it came with a lot of issues. All the issues (engine oil burn / check engine) were fixed but expected a better pre-check when it comes to the prestigious dealership like Meridian. The sweet or should I say the sweetest part was that the dealership manager (Anthony - a gem of a person) was fair in terms of dealing/workmanship and went all the way to fix all the issues. The dealership even went to replace the engine completely (2017 Volvo) and sensors and what not else and tested it out in detail. They arranged all the paperwork/regulatory affairs (engine replacement) and my car was never out of rego while it was getting fixed. They arranged the loan car as well every time I needed it. I am sure it must have costed them a lot in repairs but not a single penny was demanded from us. The fixing took beyond the 3 month dealership guarantee but they always acknowledged the problem and fixed it even after 3 months period. I could say there might have been an issue in initial diagnostic but the intent was pure and that was to fix the car and in the end engine was replaced along with turbo charger and the car is running fine since then. As an immigrant in Australia, it was my first experience with a dealership and I am happy that I chose Meridian because it stood by its guarantee. What matters most is the post sale service not just the sale process. I can highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a used luxury car!

What a disappointment! Now I understand why "Used Car Sales People" have such a reputation!! Recently bought a Lexus with the support of my partner, who negotiated hard & fairly to agree a "Drive Away" price for this car (which was agreed & put on a text message to us!). Price included 3 month Rego & a service. Upon pick up, we are slugged with the revelation that it is WE that will pay the Gov Charges, not Meridian!! How low can you go! Also worth noting there is no service record logged in the Service log book???. Buyer beware!
