I purchased a Genesis GV80 from Meridian last week, sight unseen. George walked me through the process, promptly sent all the paperwork and organised the delivery to Melbourne. The car was as advertised, suitable to new car buyer, blemish free., and arrived today. The process was most professional. I have all the paperwork to register the car in Victoria. Based on my personal experience I would definately recommend Meridian and George.

From the first phone call Anthony was only too happy to answer any and all questions about my potential purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for him ! As l couldn’t get to see the car, l had to trust Anthony’s word. He happily took interior and exterior footage and sent to me within a matter of minutes. I paid the deposit on the car and Anthony then handed me to George to complete the financial transaction. When the car arrived via car carrier - l was absolutely thrilled and car was definitely as described by Anthony and George - it still has the new car smell 😊 l will definitely be a returning customer and cannot thank and recommend the staff at Meridian Motors highly enough ❤️

Had the best experience with Chanil buying an immaculate Ford Mustang convertible. It was in pristine, near-new condition with full service history and low kms. No pushy sales pitches or pressure to buy, so patient and knowledgable and very honest when answering our many questions. He took the time to get to know us and our needs, and was as excited as us about our purchase when he found out this was a massive upgrade from my first car that I still own 21 years later! George and his team were very friendly and professional. George was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we asked. He wasn’t pushy nor impatient as we negotiated a deal. He provided hot tea graciously. We absolutely love our car as George said we would. Extremely satisfied with our journey to Sydney because George made dealings easy. Top job to a top team!

EDIT February 2024: Bought a low mileage hybrid Mercedes from Meridian and dealt with George. Very responsive and receptive to my questions being an interstate buyer and accommodated all the reasonable requests one would make when buying a car unseen in another state. Flew in and drove the car back over a weekend and it performed flawlessly at first. However, after one month the hybrid system started failing to the point the car cannot be driven. Mercedes Benz has diagnosed a failure in the hybrid system that requires a full replacement of the battery and control unit. Meridian Motor Co originally refused to honour the statutory 3-month warranty, forcing an unnecessary summons to NCAT (NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal) where at conciliation they flipped and offered to pay for the repair. Although a decent outcome, one that could and should have been made at first instance.
